Alipay.com announced yesterday that it launched China's first digital certificate for online payment and will offer its users the certificates for free. Users can buy things on the Internet safely after owning the certificate.

Alipay.com will cooperate with some online banking so that customers can use their existing online banking certificates to log on Alipay.com safely.
