In order to meet ever growing service and communications requirements from overseas customers, China Telecom has set up the China Telecom Global Service Center (CTSCC) and has put it into service. The CTSCC provides 24*7 hours/week continuous online service that is combined with the traditional mean (such as letter) and modernized means (such as telephone calls, fax. and email messages and web browser), providing multi-language (Chinese, English and Japanese) services. Its responsibilities are: dealing with various service advice requirements, complaints and suggestions; dealing with breakdown reports with various kinds of international networks; pre-accepting requirements with some telecom services; doing market exploration and investigation, paying after-sale visits to customers; providing telephone number information of business or organization customers in major cities of China; providing customers with services relating to the "Yitong" Card service and the APIX services. |
